François Cosquer, Security CTO – Nokia
Dr. François Cosquer is currently CTO Security for Nokia Software with particular focus on NFV Security. In close collaboration with elite customers, his responsibilities cover defining guidelines and best practices for end to end solutions including supporting security R&D lifecycle from security requirements to security testing and validation. He also supports audits, incidents response and root cause analysis activities. In collaboration with Bell Labs research he develops technical direction, provides design and architecture expertise to end to end solutions. François graduated in Electronics and Computing and holds an MSc in Computer Science and a PhD in Computer Engineering. He currently serves as Affiliate Professor at the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science, Concordia University, Montreal. For his stewardship of the cybersecurity community he was nominated IEEE WTS Fellow and recent recipient of the IEEE CQR Chairman Award.
Arnaud Taddei, Technical Director, Standards and Architectures reporting directly to the CTO of Symantec – Broadcom
M. Arnaud Taddei is Technical Director, Standards and Architectures reporting directly to the CTO of Symantec, a Division of Broadcom. M. Taddei is as well chairman for the Working Party 3 (Application Security) in the Study Group 17 (Security) at the International Telecom Union (ITU) and is the rapporteur for the rapporteur group on standardization strategy at the ITU-T level at TSAG. M. Taddei is an active member of IETF where he develops Internet Drafts.
Prior to joining Symantec in 2007, he started his career in 1993 at the famous CERN IT Division in Geneva where he lead the team responsible for Communication, Authentication and Authorization. In 2000, he joined Sun Microsystems where he became one of the 100 elected global principle engineers.
Graduated as Telecom Engineer from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Télécommunication de Bretagne, France, M. Taddei owns a DEA with INRIA, which lead him to the Institute of Control Sciences, Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow in 1992.
Leonid Burakovsky, Senior Director, Product Management – Palo Alto Networks
Leonid Burakovsky currently serves as the Senior Director, Product Management at Palo Alto Networks. Prior to this role, he served as F5 Networks’ Senior Director of Strategic Solutions and Juniper Networks’ Alliances CTO. Leonid regularly speaks at industry forums such as Mobile World Congress, NGMN Forum, 4G, CTIA, Futurecom, IEEE, BroadbandForum, LTE NA, LTE World, LTE LATAM… to name a few. Leonid also worked at Airslide, Bezeq International, ECI, Alcatel and the Center for Communication Research. Leonid has more than 30 years of industry experience and holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Information Systems Engineering.
Antony Martin, Infrastructure Security Expert, Member of Orange experts Community – Orange
Antony Martin is a Member of the Orange Security Expert Community in the Security department of infrastructure at Orange France since 2016. His main area of expertise is about cloud security, Software-Defined Networking and Infrastructure and DevSecOps. Other topics of interests include NFV security and network security including Intrusion Detection and fuzzing. He has been a security research engineer for more than nine years at Nokia Bell Labs with a strong hands-on focus. He holds CISSP, GCIH, GPEN, CCDA, CCNA, Snort professional certifications and 10 active patents.
John Kimmins, Security Strategy Director – Palindrome Technologies
Mr. Kimmins is the Security Strategy Director at Palindrome Technologies, an applied information security research firm and analysis laboratory having expertise in emerging technologies, embedded systems, communication networks, software, and cloud platforms. He is currently performing risk assessments and security research into 5G mobile technology and services. Previously, he was the Senior Security Director and Chief Security Architect at Telcordia (dba iconectiv), a global telecommunications information services and number portability company. He was awarded the prestigious Telcordia Fellow recognition for his contributions to the security of the U.S. telecommunications infrastructure. John has pioneered security risk assessment methodologies for national and global telecommunications infrastructures and services, supply chain risk management, broadband and mobile networking, multi-media applications and contributed to various standards forums. He was the Co-Chair of a FCC sponsored CSRIC Working Group analyzing legacy telecom technology and its impact on the security of new multi-media mobile services. He is also a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP).
Jason Boswell, Head of Security, Network Product Solutions – Ericsson North America
Jason S. Boswell is Ericsson North America’s expert in telecommunications and network security. In this role, he advises Ericsson’s technicians, engineers and consultants in creating and providing the right security solutions for Ericsson’s customers in the region. Mr. Boswell brings over 20 years of experience to this assignment from within the domains of security design, analysis, consulting, sales and thought leadership for global service providers, governments and enterprises. He is a CISSP and is known in the industry as an expert and frequent speaker on wireless (3G, 4G, 5G), threat intel, IoT (Internet of Things), SDN/NFV and core network security. He participates in working groups and standards bodies such as CTIA, GSMA, IEEE, TM Forum, MAAWG, ETSI, CSDE, CSRIC and several government security task forces and committees.
Paul Challoner, VP Network Product Solutions – Ericsson North America
Paul Challoner, VP Network Product Solutions for Ericsson North America, based in Plano, Texas is responsible for radio products including 4G, 5G & IOT. Prior to his current role, Challoner worked as Head of Product Line Wi-Fi and Head of Ericsson’s CDMA Product Line. Challoner joined Ericsson in 2010 from Nortel where he held executive roles leading the GSM product line, Intelligent Networks and Broadband Wireless businesses. He has global experience working in the US, Canada, France, India and the UK. With 25 years in the telecom industry he possesses extensive industry experience and has innovated bringing numerous radio products to market specializing in the field of wireless communication. He currently serves on the board of directors of the CBRS Alliance, Wireless Innovation Forum and on the Board of Governors for 5G Americas.

With his extensive background in system engineering, product management, and business, Ian has proven expertise in helping organizations navigate and succeed in today’s fast-paced competitive environment.
Jude Munn, Distinguished Member of Technical Staff – Verizon
Jude Munn is a Distinguished Member of the Technical Staff at Verizon. He has over 15 years of experience in wireless core data services and HQ Network Planning where he is responsible for service creation on the Gi / N6 interfaces across Verizon’s environments. He focuses on security and services for Verizon’s consumer network, public safety, 5G, and mobile private networks as well as analytics and how to automate and enhance Verizon’s service offerings. He was also recently responsible for orchestration planning, day zero, day one and day two for Verizon’s private network offering in its virtual environments via OpenStack and workflow automation. Jude works closely with Verizon’s product line marketing to create new services on the network for end-users.
Bob Lesnewich, Director, Emerging Technologies – Perspecta Labs
Bob is a Director at Perspecta Labs with primary focus on Security and Resiliency of emerging technologies. He began his career at Bell Laboratories and at divestiture went with Bellcore, which later became Telcordia. The R&D/Security business unit, “Applied Communication Sciences”, was spun off, acquired and most recently named Perspecta Labs. Throughout his tenure, he has developed, directed, and consulted on numerous communications technology programs and studies in the assessment of security and vulnerabilities regarding the potential threat and risk of disruption or corruption of communications, so to develop protection and mitigation capabilities. In such capacity, he has done such things as developed a methodology and conducted the first series of National Security / Emergency Preparedness (NS/EP) network outage exercises that concentrate on cyber intrusions. He is an author & co-author of numerous papers defining the risk and threat to the security of the network, and identifying measures that are required to protect the network, systems, and services to mitigate the threat – including the Supply Chain. Current technical focus is on 5G, IoT/M2M networks [including LPWANs], Connected Vehicles, Small Cells, and Smart Grids.

David Debrecht, US Majors CTO – Nokia
David has over 30 years of experience with wireless technology solutions in both military and commercial applications. He has served in a broad range of technology and product development roles, including various roles in R&D, product management, and new technology and solutions development. He is currently in the role of US Majors CTO for Nokia. In this position, David provides technology vision and leadership internally and to operators in a variety of markets, such as fixed, wireless, cable and satellite, along with Public Safety and other government organizations.
Art King, IBN Technologies – Corning
As part of the IBN Technologies team, Mr. King leads the development of enterprise services definitions and business case propositions for customers and partners. Mr. King is Vice Chair of the Services Working Group in the Small Cell Forum. He came to Corning via the SpiderCloud Wireless acquisition and was formerly a lead in IT architecture and operations for Nike Inc. where he held various global roles over 10 years. Prior to Nike, he led the build out of two multinational engineering and consulting organizations for an IP services network vendor in the service provider industry.
